I travel alot and always want to be ABLE to see my tv and also when at home I want to see my tv while on my PC (dual monitors) and i dont have a TV in the home office (dont want to pay FIOS) for ANOTHER box.
So I use HAVA. I have used HAVA for close to 5 yrs now and it is perfect. I dont have a TV Tuner in my pc or laptop. I can also WATCH my home TV on my pc and laptop and using my PHONE.
You can buy either a 2 yr contract to Hava for $9.95 a month ( http://www.myhava.com/product_hava_titanium_hdsubscribtion.html?subscribenow=Monsoon+%249.95%2Fmonth ) or just but the box (depending on HD or not) it can be as little as $149 dollars with no fee after that (http://www.myhava.com/product_hava_platinum_hd.html this is the one i have).
I dont know if that is what Bill is looking for but I think Hava covers many of the needs as I read it.
