Answer» Hello everyone. On my current computer I have an older AMD Athlon X2 64 Dual 4200+ with a water cooling kit. Now I want to upgrade to a NEW CPU and mobo and was wondering if I could use the same water cooling kit. The CPU I want to get is a AMD FX-4100 Processor Quad Core and the mobo is ASUS M5A97 AMD 9 Series AM3+ Motherboard. I won't lose any sleep if I can't. I'm just wondering If i'd be able to recycle the cooling kit. Thanks for any and all info. I WOULD try checcking the coller UNITS specs at the manuf. site.
