1.	Solve : waves on my monitor?
Answer» I have a very old CTX monitor. There's not even an idication on the model number. When I'm navigating PROGRAMS [ most NOTICEABLE when I'm surfing the internet ], instead of GOING down the page smoothly, the graphics move in what i can only call waves. is this a monitor problem? It's difficult to make a determination without seeing it, but it could also be a VIDEO card or video driver issue. no i dont have another monitor to try, but ill look into the video driver. jeez i should have known that. im getting old. fixed. the driver for my ANCIENT card wasnt' installed correctly. it also allowed me to adjust the refresh which was out of whack.
