Did you use it with some software other than messenger. If yes then there may be a problem with your messenger. ByeSystem INFO is..............maybe a worm/trojan......maybe a damage driver...........What model are we talking? Has it ever WORKED correctly? Is so, then what has changed? Any virus/spyware/adware from the scans you have no doubt done, (following the advice on this FORUM)?
