Solve : website building?

Answer»

as of now im building a new website using COOLPAGES
take note i dont know anything in HTML coding
THATS why i use coolpages becasue of drag and drop
but im getting problem with .swf, im using swishmax on this and im using another PROGRAM (supported to coolpages) to export it
the problem is when the file is getting bigger, it doesnt appear in the preview
im a guy not fun, or let say no time to learn HTML
i build 2 website and upload them in free hosting, and im proud with it
they are only simple (because i really dont know HTML)
and what im building right now is only just a simple and plain website

can somebody advice me another program that is easy to use "as in drag & drop" method that can AUTOMATICALLY supported flash (.swf)?

thanks in advanceDreamweaver.  Not free, alas.  Very easy to use though, and can even help you learn HTML.  thanks robpomeroy

i can ask the friend of my friend to install the Dreamweaver in my pc

My question is, as i mentioned, coolpages is easy to use for me and only i getting problem regarding putting a .swf file
as im using coolpages, i can preview it in IE, so then i can save it as a .html
:-? can i open it in Dreamweaver the .html file i save and edit it? :-? (only putting the .swf file then a little bit finishing touches then publish)

What can you advice about that

i know its a little bit more work but in my side thats only the BEST option i can

Hope for your kind assistanceYes, you should be able to open any HTML file in Dreamweaver to edit it further.  Frontpage-generated HTML may confuse Dreamweaver, but otherwise you should be fine.ok, thanks for the fast reply

i need one question

i try to follow this insert>>flash
why i cant move the file? for example dragging into the center

look for my foto, the red line is where i want to transfer

thanks in advanceIf you click on the Flash, what options do you have in its properties box?

Sorry - it has been a long time since I used Dreamweaver (version 4!).  Possibly someone who currently uses it may be able to help.  Otherwise, try the help facility "positioning Flash" or something like that.thanks for the assistance, i thot you still remember in this thing

BTW, what program you use in your website? maintenance?I do all of my website coding in plain text.  That's what works for me.  I'm not much of a visual/artistic guy.  So I use TSWebEditor or Notepad++, both of which do syntax-highlighting and automatic indenting, etc.  TSWebEditor also does intelligent code completion.

Both are free, naturally. Quote
