I just got a weird private message from an UNKNOWN member (zero posts). Sounds kinda weird. I wonder if anyone else got this message?

Not that one. But I get one from a flake every now and then. Usually, I just ignore them. If I'm in the mood for it, I might scorch them with a reply.

but his offer of be ''friend online and help each other with technical issues'' is upto you to accept or reject ,one thing more , i dont think he will be happy to SEE his private message being displayed in public like this , if you FOUND it weird you could simply ignore it, ignore is the best thing to do in uncertain situations.
