And UPGRADING PCI graphics card will not improve PERFORMANCE at all, or at least not in a way that is possible to notice.
If I believed that, I would not have suggested any upgrade. I've been down this path, i.e. from personal, experience, and a PCI video card can make a very noticeable difference compared to onboard video. If you need some proof, GO to newegg.com or some other site with user reviews on products and read the reviews.
