Answer» HI all I got a new 160 GB HDD because my previous 120 GB was behaving bad and now this is giving the same problems, one day on!! I have a 450 W PSU ..P4 3.06 ghz..1.5 GB ram, 7600 GS graphic card, and a 20 GB old PATA HDD apart from this new 160 GB and a DVD rom... It was working great on day one but on second day now it will not even boot so i removed DVD rom then it worked.. but the first day it worked with DVD on as wel.. i am very confused, COULD it be that the PSU is not powerful enough or SOMETHING else ThanksIs the drive a sata or ide? If its a ide and hooked up to the ribbon as the other drive chec the connections and jumper settings.
