Solve : What is the use of "enable vga mode" in windows xp?

Answer»

What is the use of "enable vga mode" in windows xp??It disables the 3rd PARTY video driver and USES XP's internal VGA driver.thank you

does that mean poor quality display ?Generally speaking, yes. It is the lowest quality display available.Vga mode is a basic mode which is useful if ANYTHING goes wrong or video settings get scrambled because *every* monitor will work with it.

Yep. It's also what the OS defaults to when you uninstall your display driver (for EXAMPLE, when you are installing a new driver).
