Best I can do is suggest we identify the "process" responsible for the window if it comes up again. The Process EXPLORER program (owned by Microsoft now) has a "gunsight" you can drag and release on the offending window which then highlights the "process" in the Process Explorer display. Is there any chance you inadvertently did a "mouse over" of some hot spot (trigger) on a web page? What did the window contain? Were there pictures, a text article, a "plea" for DONATIONS, a "ransom" demand?
