Answer» in a site are some images with names of NTc2NQ==.jpg NTc2OQ==.jpg NTc3OQ==.jpg NTc1Nw==.jpg and ... i want to know how this encoded? Modify message Almost certainly they are just random strings. POSSIBLY the seemingly contant 'NTc' PART has some significance to the site operator, but the REMAINDER was probably GENERATED randomly and has no intrinsic meaning. I don't know if this may help but it SEEMS to be something to do with images on facebook from news chanels or rss feeds. edited by AllanI deleted the link in your post.
