My friend is getting a new computer, but it has to be a Dell because of CREDIT reasons.

Only the top class DELL computers have PCI-E cards, which he cannot AFFORD and wont for a long while. The mediocre class dells have PCI ports. NO Dells have AGP ports.

I know not to expect much from PCI, but I know there must be one, SOMEWHERE, that will run somthing like World of Warcraft on all low 800x600 at 25+ FPS. If my old PCI card which came with my 500$ emachine could run HALO at 20+ FPS, Im sure theres a PCI card somwhere that can run WOW at 25+.
Any recommendations are GREATLY APPRECIATED!Honestly for the price of most dells you could probably build yourself a better PC.. i recently built one basically all from newegg.com where the MOBO, cpu, and 512mb of ram were under 200 bucks, cases run around 20, same for psu's, cdroms are pretty cheap, and you could spend the rest of the money on your video card. im probly forgetting some expenses, but for the price of one of those 500 dollar dells...well, lets just say you get what you pay for Sorry, got kind of off topic on the above post, if he's set on a dell then i guess this card would be decent:
