Answer» It is time to say by-by to our IPAD 2. Made the mistake of installing IOS 9.2 and it runs like a dog. Should have stayed with IOS 7 but too late now. Looks like Apple will be introducing iPad Air 3 next month. Does Apple discount old models or just charge more for the new ones? IOW, should I wait another month or so to get the current model iPad Air 3? Thanks.Apple tend to just stop selling the old one and start the new one at the same price. You may be able to find the old model cheaper at some retailers who may have old STOCK but the SAVINGS usually aren't huge. I'd wait for the new one to come out and see if it is much better or if the old model is AVAILABLE cheap from somewhere.
