Solve : Where has all my Hard Drive space gone??

1.	Solve : Where has all my Hard Drive space gone??
Answer» My laptop has started to tell me that I'm running low on HARD Drive space and I can't understand why. I've looked at all the places I have saved stuff and they don't COME any where near to taking up the space of my whole Hard Drive. The programmes I have on it wouldn't bring it any where close either. And what's even more CONFUSING is that the folder I keep most of my big stuff in (videos etc) it is saying has over double the amount in it than it actually does. I really don't get it. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know why this is happening or what i can do about it? How do I look up exactly where all the space has gone? Thank you for taking the TIME to read this!
