Answer» Not sure which would be the best buy, I am shopping at Best buy. There is a Gateway with an Intel Pentium, 6GB MEMORY and 1TB HD for 519, and there is a HP with an AMD Quad-core, 4GB memory andn 750 HD for 529. I built my last one myself but don't feel like risking parts not working and buying Windows 7. I primarily surf the WEB and use itunes for music and videos. Which would be my best bet? Or if someone could direct me to a better deal? (If that's allowed) ThanksPersonal OPINION - I'm not a Gateway fan and for your NEEDS the HP looks fine.You might read the attached article. Gateway has a rocky history. It's new ownership MAY solve some of it's past problems. |
