It's a very good starting place to learn hardware. Alan <>< I also recommend CompTIA as a starting place. Working on mine as we speak! ProProfs.com has a great forum and learning tools to help you out, although they haven't finished updating their site for the latest version of the test. You really don't want to go into repairing computers. There is a deal of satisfaction in that field, but not much money. I would encourage you to take some engineering COURSES and go from there.
