Answer» Hi there. I have a HDD which the power connected broke off INSIDE the HDD casing. I REMOVED it and placed it into a caddy which then showed up as unallocated space when I plugged it in. I MADE a new simple volume which then showed up as RAW after. It's now asking do you want to format now, the question is, which kind of format will this do. A quick format or a LOW level format? I'm using a WINDOWS 7 laptop. ThanksIt should do a quick format
