Solve : will this router work?

i would LIKE to KNOW if this router will do what i want to do

i would like the router to share my broadband conection wirelessly upstairs and wired downstairs (the router will be situated downstairs) using a JR45 cable the router would need to accept a USB in from the modem (SpeedTouch330)

if this router will not work could u SUGEST a modem that will do what i want
