Please explain the problem.Try holding down the F2 key and then turn on the computer.I wouldn't be concerned about it, the programs you're using probably just aren't SEEING it properly. Check using CPU-Z, as that tends to be the best thing to GET specific CPU information, but I wouldn't be inclined to worry that your L3 cache is somehow missing or disabled.
