Answer» hi folks can i take you back to my prob yesterday. The box that APPEARS is titled windows INSTALLER and the message reads " preparing to INSTALL" but nothing else happens. I am on microsoft professional and the documents have been on a few months. some of these docs i open every day ( that was until sunday) when i GOT this hitch. any suggestions would be most welcome. thenks in anticipationDo you have the disc for WORD ? Back up your doc's and reinstall if you do !
