Answer» I'm sorry in ADVANCE if I give an inadequate amount of information, I'm NEW. I have an ASUS notebook (UL50VT) running Windows 7 that doesn't boot unless I use the Express Gate. Otherwise the "Disk Read Error" message comes up and then prompts me to restart using ctrl+alt+del, which doesn't actually work. When I tried starting it in safe mode, it booted up but then asked what language I would like to recover in, I'm not TRYING to use Windows Recovery. I don't want to lose my files, but are they already gone? How do I fix this? |
