Solve : Wireless Internet PCI Card Problems?

For the past week or so, I've noticed that every single time I start up my computer, I cannot connect to the internet. When I restart my computer (either with the RESET BUTTON or start menu), it can connect. The problem has only started recently and is terribly ANNOYING. I am using a wireless PCI card for my wireless internet. I have the AsRock Z68 Pro3-M motherboard with the TP-Link TL-WN350GD wireless card.

When I start up my PC for the first time, my device manager looks like this:



And when I restart my PC, the internet connects fine and it looks like this:


Is this a quiz?Re-install the MBoard chipset DRIVERS from the CD that shipped with the PC...
Re-boot afterwards...Which is the chipset driver?
