When I connect it, it see's the mouse but, I cant move the cursor. How EVER when I reset the reciever Im able to move it there for a whileReplace the batteries...in the mouse and reciever if it takes them.I tried that. I'll try another an see SAID it was goodUsed a non rechargeable an still the same thing happens. Says its good an know good tooIt's possible there is interference from other nearby devices. If you have a wifi router, change the channel your wifi is using to something +/- 4 from the current settings. If you have a cordless phone, make sure the phone and the base are both away from the computer/receiver.Unfortunately there is. They were all brand new however I used a good rechargeable TODAY an it started working againToldya...It was a fresh pack but wired that it said it was good Never trust a mouse for accurate readings...they are related to RATS.
