Take a look at this video.  It's just incredibly funny watching these people fall for this prank, especially those riding bikes.Pretty funny. Don't think they'd be able to get away with something LIKE this in the UNITED States, I'm SURE there would be some sue happy person that would sue the person responsible for this.What if someone couldn't swim!?!?
