Answer» One other thing I like to do is have a candidate walk me out to their car at the end of the interview where I LOOK to SEE how well they TREAT what is likely their most expensive and important possession. If it is disgusting, I try to THINK how they will treat the things that don't belong to them. This serves as a fairly accurate barometer.
