| Answer» This was done by amending the Haryana Legislative Assembly ( Salary, Allowances and Pension Members ) Act, 1975. This amendments were done in many other state legislatures like : Delhi, Jharkhand , Kerela , Karnataka , Rajasthan. The tenure of head of department in Haryana was made to a maximum of three years. Some officials will be given extensions beyond their retirement age especially for departments pertaining to law and order, regulatory work, work of administrative importance, infrastructure development and basic public service. | |
