K Chandrasekhar Rao made this announcement after he met with 18 members, who participated in the recent Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast. A senior official said that, currently two per cent seats in educational institutions were reserved for sportspersons. Once Chief Minister clears the file on 2% quota for Sports persons in government jobs, a Government order will be issued.
