now cross MULTIPLY= 2 (x+11) = 3(x+2)

use the distributive property = 2x+22 = 3x+6

now group the numbers and change the signs while grouping = 2x-3x = 6-22

                           =       -x = -16

cancel the signs as it is common = x = 16

therefore N= 16

                D= 16+5=21
