`therefore|Z|=SQRT(R^2+(omegaL-1/(omegaC))^2)`
`=sqrt(R^2+0)`

Thus, in this circuit only resistor is present and the A.C. circuit containing only R. The phase DIFFERENCE between V and I is zero.
