Answer» The Development TEAM. As a collective, they have a complete VIEW of the WORK needed to transform Product BACKLOG items into INCREMENTS of product. The Product Owner is the sole person responsible for managing the Product Backlog. The PO prioritizes the product backlog during the Sprint Planning meeting for the team members. But, it is the Development Team who is responsible for all the estimates. The people who perform the tasks make the final estimate. |
