LET KAPIL she be 4X and Ranu age be 5x.

ATQ,(4x+5)+(5x+5)=46

=9x+10=46

=9x=46-10=36

=x=36/9=4

hence,Kapil age =4x=4×4=16 years

Ranu age =5x=4×5=20 years
