\large\bf\underline {To \: find:-}

  • We need to find the number.

\huge\bf\underline{Solution:-}

\bf\underline{\red{Given:-}}

  • ● Sum of DIGITS = 15
  • ● if we subtract 27 from the original number then the digits gets reversed.

Let :-

Units place DIGIT be x and ten's place digit be y.

  • Number formed = 10x + y

➳ Sum of digits = 15

➳ x + y = 15

➳ x = 15 - y ......1)

☘️According to Question :-

On subtracting 27 from the given number its digits get reversed.

➛ (10x + y) - 27 = 10y + x

➛ 10x - x - 10y + y = 27

➛ 9x - 9Y = 27

▶Dividing both sides by 9 we get,

➛ x - y = 3

⪼ From equation 1)

➛ 15 - y - y = 3

➛ 15 - 2y = 3

➛ - 2y = 3 - 15

➛ - 2y = -12

➛ y = 12/2

➛ y = 6

▶ putting VALUE of y = 6 in Equation 1)

➻ x = 15 - y

➻ x = 15 - 6

➻ x = 9

✝️ Original number :-

  • 10x + y
  • 10 × 9 + 6
  • 90 + 6
  • 96

Hence,

༒ Original Number is 96
