1.	This ministry signed an agreement with the Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) for the implementation of e-Network Project between India and Africa.
Answer» The Ministry of External Affairs signed an agreement with the Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) for the implementation of e-Network Project between India and Africa. The two projects namely e-VidyaBharati and e-AarogyaBharati (e-VBAB) will work in the field of tele-education and tele-medicine. The projects will be completely funded by the Government of India.
