Solution :In 6 SECONDS rod will MOVE through a distance of 6 m and hence circumference of the ring will be at a distance 1 m from the centre of circular FIELD as shown in figure.

Some PORTION of the loop is still inside the field and we can calculate that straight length of this portion is 8 m.
Hence motional emf can be WRITTEN as follows:
V = Bvl
`V = 0.5 xx 1 xx 8 = 4 V`.
Hence, answer is 4.
