Notice the difference between letters.

Now COMING to the NUMBERS.

100-81 = 19

81-64 = 17

Notice that the numbers have difference of odd numbers and the difference is reducing by 2 from left to right.

19,17,15,13 and so on

So, accordingly the previous difference before 19 will be 21 as 21-19=2.

So, 100+21 = 121

Now the difference between 144 and 121 should be 23 to fulfill the condition. 144-121 = 23.
