But we need to understand that it doesn't benefits us at all. And, believe me you're gonna regret it as getting a lie caught is 10 times worse than it would have been if you would have told the truth in the first place! </p><p>Not only that, lying has a great effect on trust. People will start never believing you and sometimes even ignoring you.
