What are burn-up charts?

Answer»

Burn-up charts are project management tools that VISUALLY represent the SCOPE of a project or ITERATION (i.e., sprint). It represents the work that has been completed so FAR in the development process.

Two LINES can be seen on the chart.

  1. The blue line represents the amount of work that has been completed
  2. The orange line represents the total amount of work required to reach the goal to complete the sprint.
