There are two ways of representing a set:-

  • Roaster Form:-

All the elements in this form of representation are written. The elements are SEPARATED by a comma. All the elements are ENCLOSED within curly BRACES. The elements are repeated and the order of the elements doesn't matter.

Example:- A = {1,2,3}

  • Set builder Form:-

The elements in this form of representation is described by variables like x, y, etc. The property of the elements is NOTED down. The description of properties of elements is listed inside curly braces.

Example:- A = {x=>N;0
