Answer» Open app.powerbi.com in favorite browser Click Upper right corner on settings. Select Power BI Admin. Select USERS and click Go to O365 Admin Center. Will be landed in portal.office.com. Select active users. Flyout will appear, check the REQUIRED users and edit product licenses. Select radio button “Add to EXISTING product license assignments" and ENABLE Power BI Pro License. (OR) Can use POWERSHELL Azure Active Directory command-lets to assign the license.
