In accordance with the operational rules of SEPA credit transfers, an incorrect credit transfer can EITHER be cancelled or recalled under certain conditions. If a player has initiated an incorrect SEPA credit transfer, he/she must inform his/her payment service provider as soon as possible. The provider is entitled to charge its customer for the cancellation or recall procedures. It should ALSO be noted in this context that a PAYER’s service provider cannot be made responsible for the defective execution of a SEPA credit transfer if the payer transmitted the wrong INTERNATIONAL BANK Account Number (IBAN).
