Find & Replace Utility The MS-Word has a Find and Replace feature that automates the process of searching for text within a document. To use/activate this feature: 1. Click on the Edit menu and select the Find & Replace option. 2. The Find & Replace dialog box will appear. 3. Enter the keyword to be searched in the Search section. 4. Enter the keyword which will replace the searched word in the Replace section. |
