Answer» The ideal size of the team is 5 to 9 as per the Scrum guide (excluding Scrum Master and PO). If Scrum Master is also a developer, include him on the team. Collaboration is difficult if the team size is more. A KEY benefit of five to nine-member team is that communication and management are typically simple and REQUIRE minimal effort.
