What does DoD mean? |

Answer» The DEFINITION of Done generates CLARITY by granting everyone a shared perception of what WORK was completed or developed as a component of the Increment. If a Product Backlog item does not satisfy the Definition of Done, it cannot be published or even inferred at the Sprint Review meeting with stakeholders, customers, etc. Alternatively, it reverts BACK to the Product Backlog for FUTURE deliberation. |
