What is a Sprint? |

Answer» Sprint Definition: Acording to Atlassian, a sprint is a ‘short, time-boxed period when a scrum team works to complete a SET amount of work’. The sprint term refers to accomplishing the goals within a predefined boxed time. The period of a sprint is usually short i.e., one or two weeks, and REPRESENTS a timeboxed iteration of a continuous development cycle. The work in the sprint is PLANNED and the team has to work to accomplish the goals and make it ready for review. Sprints are broken into small chunks of DURATION, and are no LONGER than 3-4 weeks. |
