Answer» Rajasthan State Child Protection Committee is responsible for monitoring the implementation of various programs/laws/ policies for the protection of children’s rights and welfare. It has branches in all districts and a district-level child protection unit has been set up in all districts. There is a child protection committee in every block and a similar committee has been set up at the Gram Panchayat level. The major objective of this committee is to implement and create awareness about the issues associated with protection of children on community level.
