What is Sprint Zero in Agile? |

Answer» Contrary to popular believes that Sprint Zero is necessary because there is some groundwork that NEEDS to be done before a Scrum project can start (for example, a team needs to be assembled, a hardware to ACQUIRE or at least set up, an initial product backlog is to be written), it is USED to CREATE a minimal DESIGN so that a detailed design can emerge incrementally in an efficient way in future sprints. |
