What is the effect of temperature on the resistivity of alloys ?

Answer»

Solution :Usually the resistivity of alloys increases with TEMPERATURE, but this increases is in GENERAL very small in comparison to the resistivity of the metals . In other WORDS , we can say that the temperature coefficient of resistance of alloys is very small. We always PREFER alloys to MAKE standard resistance, so that the magnitude of resistance does not change appereciably with temperature.
