1.	What is the main responsibility of a Product Owner?
Answer» The Product OWNER is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team. He/she is the voice of the CUSTOMER. PO DETERMINES the scope of a product and release dates. The PO can attend all the meetings to keep track of the team’s PROGRESS. If there are any changes that need to be done, it will be implemented immediately. The product owner wishes that the team will be ABLE to achieve its goal with the timetable.
