What is the recommended size for a Development Team (within the Scrum Team)? |

Answer» Ideally, it is 3-9. Scrum says team size of 6+ or -3 is the Scrum GUIDE recommendation. Optimal Development Team size is small enough to remain nimble and LARGE enough to complete significant work. Fewer than three Development Team members decrease INTERACTION and results in smaller productivity gains. More than nine members simply REQUIRE too much coordination. |
