(i) Urotropine is HEXAMETHYLENE tetramine.
(ii) FORMALDEHYDE reacts with ammonia to form hexamethylene tetramine, which is called Urotropine.

Uses:
(i) Urotropine is used as a medicine to treat URINARY infection.
